My name is Tony Brown, PhD, MPH, and I founded Insight Evaluation & Research Solutions in 2025 and serve as the Principal Investigator/Consultant.

I am a dedicated public health professional, researcher, and evaluator with over a decade of experience helping organizations use data to drive change. As the founder of Insight Evaluation & Research Solutions, I specialize in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for nonprofits, public agencies, and academic institutions.

My academic background includes completing a Master of Public Health and a Ph.D. in Public Health, focusing on health service, policy, and management. I specialize in program evaluation, focusing on population outcomes and health equity. Throughout my career, I have led program evaluations, conducted qualitative and quantitative analyses, and supported federal and state-funded initiatives focused on community health, equity, and capacity building.

Evaluation should be empowering and not intimidating. I am driven by a single goal: to help organizations improve lives through thoughtful, data-informed decisions.
